Treatments offered at Total Balance
There really is a treatment here to suit everyone and together, we can decide on the most appropriate treatment for you at this time. Your treatment may involve a combination of therapies or just one.
The Total Balance Clinic is located in Craigiebuckler, Aberdeen. Your treatment session takes place in a quiet, relaxing therapy room, in an unhurried manner, allowing you adequate time to receive the best attention I can offer you.
Quite often we require more from a treatment than purely relaxation, in order to correct imbalances such as postural problems, back pain and illness. Remedial treatments can establish the causes of imbalance and correct them in order to achieve an improvement in well-being.

Of course, you don't need to have an ailment to benefit from a treatment with me. Relaxation and taking time out for yourself are great ways to prevent future illness in our stressful world.
It is recommended that following a course of remedial treatment you continue to keep your body in balance with a regular check up. You may also like to choose one of the relaxation treatments on offer as a preventative measure.

Your appointment with me is usually for one hour, although longer sessions can be booked for certain therapies. This allows time for assessment or re-assessment of your condition and any changes which have occurred since your last treatment. In the case of remedial treatments this information helps us to plan your next treatment for the best outcome.
