Arriving at the Yoga Spot
For security, the main door of the Yoga Spot is kept locked.
When you arrive, please be aware that yoga classes may be running (with a quiet relaxation period at the end) and I may be with another client until about 10 minutes prior to your treatment, so we may not be able to respond to the bell if you are very early.

Please ring the doorbell and wait for us to answer. Thank you

Directions:

The Yoga Spot is located on a side road just off South Anderson Drive on the way down to Garthdee.
If you are heading down the hill towards Bridge of Dee, you should go past the Broomhill roundabout and immediately get into the right hand lane to take the exit which crosses the drive and into Ruthrieston Road.
If you are heading up the hill from Bridge of Dee then once you have gone past the blocks of flats at Headland Court, turn first left into Ruthrieston Road.
From Ruthrieston Road, take the first left and you will see the Yoga Spot on your right.
The Total Balance Clinic is located within the Yoga Spot.
There is usually plenty of free parking on the street outside.
